God loves us and desires a relationship with us. He made a way for us to be with Him by sending His Son, Jesus, to die in our place!
- John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him will not perish, but have everlasting life."
Sin Separates us from God, our relationship with Him in Broken!
- Romans 3:23, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
- We are all sinners in need of a savior.
- Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
- Sin separates us from God, but there is good news, there is salvation in Jesus.
We do not have to wait until we have it all figured out to come to Jesus! He died for us in this very moment, no matter who we are, or what we have done! He is the only one that can fill the emptiness inside us!
- Romans 5:8, "But God demonstrated His love for us, in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us."
Salvation comes through the finished work of Jesus on the Cross at Calvary! We can not ear it; it is a free gift that He gives us!
- Ephesians 2:8-9, "For it is by grace that you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourself, it is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast."
- If we could save ourselves, there would be no need for Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection.
- Romans 10:9-10, "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus if Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you shall be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession resulting in salvation."
- There is no confession without prayer, but there are no magic words to pray. Confession and belief means to accept the death, burial, resurrection of Jesus as fact, which results in Salvation through our faith, by confessing to God our trust in Him an need for a savior. Then, as a result, we confess our salvation to others i our words and displayed in our lives.
