Carl Babb Mission Scholarship Fund

Gardenview Baptist Church honors the legacy of Carl Babb by reaching the nations with the gospel of Jesus Christ. On May 21, 2023, we established the Carl Babb Mission Scholarship Fund which offers financial support to GBC members who desire to participate in short-term mission opportunities. If you would like to contribute to this fund, please select "Carl Babb MSFund" in the drop down menu when giving.

Operation Christmas Child

Sometimes the greatest gifts come in small packages.

Jesus is the reason for the season and we love participating in Operation Christmas Child every year. GBC makes it an event for the whole family and we convert our sanctuary into our workshop. In 2024, we lovingly packed (___) boxes and a team went to the O.C.C. headquarters to assist them.

Pate Ministries

Each year we have the opportunity to go to Ecuador to work with Pate Ministries. Their mission is simple, "Our desire is to reach and teach the children and their families about Christ so that they will accept Him as Savior, grow in Him and lead their own people to Christ." (Pate Ministries Mission Statement) GBC is proud to support this ministry.

Rebekah is currently serving as the Dean of Women at the Word of Life Bible Institute in Hungary. She and her husband, Cody, will be leading a group of students from the Word of Life Bible Institute on a mission trip to Scotland from April 5-13th.
